Today after Yoga, Coach Foran and I were doing hand stands. We’re not sure who else could actually do a legit hand stand other than both of us in Bootcamp.
Anyways, we were trying to see who can hold it the longest while everyone else tries it on the wall. Then she got off balance then 5 seconds later I felt myself falling backwards. I forgot to bend my knees so I can land on a back bend. Instead I fall straight on my back.
It actually felt good! Ahaha.
Come to think of it now though, I have this nagging headache :P
Next time we’re going to do the other two poses. XD
